Omakaze Dinner Series: Featuring Chef Kaze Chan

Our next omakase highlights Chef Kaze Chan’s diversity and talent with two different experiences. Test the waters with a casual, open-format omakaze menu featuring some of his signature preparations of raw fish. Or snag a coveted seat at the sushi bar and get up close and personal as Chef Kaze slices his way through a true edomae sushi experience. Seatings at the chef’s sushi counter are available at 6:30 pm and 9 pm for $125 per guest (plus tax; gratuity not included); seatings for the open-format menu are available from 6 pm – 9pm and are $45 per guest (plus tax; gratuity not included).
